» If the sale title, description or tags are misleading or do not accurately depict the content.

» If the content doesn't work. If you have difficulties with content, see our support section prior to submitting a dispute.

• If there is an objective dispute, staff will review the content and use best judgment including taking into account both the history of the seller and buyer as well as the amount of the sale.

• In the event the seller deletes this content, you will receive a notification and have 30 days to download it before it is removed from your purchases.
